Set across three acres in Frampton Cotterell, just a few minutes from Bristol, The Farm offers something completely different.

Fresh air, open space, animals and nature provide the backdrop for a learning environment where young people can slow down, get involved and experience the rewards of caring for something beyond themselves.

What’s On Offer

The Farm is our dedicated Animal Care and Outdoor Learning hub, offering opportunities for young people across Key Stages to develop practical skills, work towards qualifications and build confidence in an environment that feels a world away from a traditional classroom.

Friendly, floppy-eared and full of character, these gentle pigs bring plenty of personality and fun to farm life, delighting kids with their calm nature, muddy antics, and curious, sociable behaviour.

Small, cheeky, and wonderfully playful, our pygmy goats are always ready to entertain with their climbing, jumping, and inquisitive nature, bringing lots of laughter and joy to every visit.

Including some very special Icelandic chickens: From busy, bustling hens to our special Icelandic chickens, they bring colour, movement, and plenty of charm, offering children the chance to observe interesting breeds, collect eggs, and enjoy everyday farm life.

Soft, gentle, and easy to love, our rabbits give children a chance to enjoy close-up animal care, quiet moments, and the simple joy of watching them hop, nibble, and settle into their cosy home.

Our incredible pedigree ram. Strong, impressive, and full of presence, Hercules is a true farm favourite, giving children a chance to learn about livestock while enjoying the character and strength of a real working ram.
